Dance has been part of my life since my third birthday. What began as a childhood passion led to assisting my own teacher at 12, studying dance at degree level, and eventually taking over the dance school where my journey first began.

Today, Fresh Silhouette focuses exclusively on adult dance training, helping adults develop technique, strength, confidence and enjoyment through structured, supportive classes.
